1 August	Close of Pre-registration (After that date registrations can only be done at the Registration desk during the congress.)
15 July	Deadline for translations of forthcoming conference papers, to HQ; deadline for processing all late-arriving papers. Papers received after this date will not be included on the "Conference papers" CD-ROM
1 June	Deadline for receipt of accepted papers at IFLA HQ
15 May	Deadline for receipt of Equipment Request Form at IFLA HQ
1 May	Early bird registration
1 March	Deadline for receipt of applications for: Harry Campbell IFLA Conference Attendance Grant
16 February	Deadline for receipt of applications for: Poster Presentations
1 February	Deadline for receipt of applications for: Hans-Peter Geh Grant for IFLA Conference Participation Dr. Shawky Salem Conference Grant IFLA 2005 Oslo Travel Grant
